Fiesta fans who have smart phones can now text FIESTA to 45384 to access a mobile Fiesta website—for free.
Bibisi Corp., a mobile marketing firm, created the site for the Fiesta San Antonio Commission. The content is drawn from the official fiesta website, www.fiesta-sa.org.
The site is accessible by i-Phones, Blackberrys, Android and most other smart phones, said Enrique Garza, Bibisi CEO. Phone owners voluntarily opt in to access the site.
“We’re very happy to be partnering with Bibisi to offer this great new way to follow Fiesta,” said Chuck Blische, executive director of the Fiesta Commission. “This mobile site is one more way, along with our Facebook and Twitter pages, that the Commission is using to give residents and visitors up-to-date information on events and Fiesta news.”
Bibisi recently won four Addy Awards in a competition sponsored by the San Antonio chapter of the American Advertising Federation. The awards recognize creativity, effectiveness, and strategy in print and electronic advertising.

Hello, please keep me posted on Fiesta Events. Thanks!
Hi, please inform me about the fiesta events. Thanks
Glad to help. Please consider following us at Facebook.com/FiestaSA. We make frequent posts about Fiesta news.
Every Fiesta event is listed on our website at http://www.fiesta-sa.org/events/all-events/.
The offer to get mobile info on smart phones is incorect. When messaging 45384 and then texting “FIESTA”, will only give you a wallpaper for your phone. No mobile magazine or updates or info about Fiesta 2012 was offered or could be gotten/downloaded/saved to my phone. Thankfully a request to “stop” receiving any commercial texts was offered. I am praying that the company or people responsible for posting or setting up the offer will keep their word and not text me again.
I would however enjoy a mobile magazine to view on my smart phone. It will help me to plan events while out and about before qnd during Fiesta.
Thank you for your input. We’ve checked the connection, and it now goes to the mobile website. Our representative from Bibisi Corp., which created the mobile site, said that you opted out (replied “stop.”) so you can reply “start” to get the site–or you can go to fiesta-sa.org on your phone and click on “See Mobile Version” in the top left corner.
