Event Details

The event will consist of a symposium “Where are They Now? A Generation Brunch.” The event will follow with our premier event “Motown Party.” Motown will be a costume dress-up parade and dance contest.

The mission of San Antonio Queen of Soul, Inc. (QOS), is to promote African-American participation in community and civic activities and aid in educating underprivileged individuals in social and civic responsibilities/opportunities, and to identify and assist young ladies in the achievement of excellence in their future career paths. It is a highly visible organization that provides community representation to take part in the San Antonio Fiesta activities and other civic and community programs.    The QOS Pageant is a training program and event that presents contestants to the San Antonio community and promotes enthusiasm. The purpose is to provide educational opportunities through a scholarship program that will provide positive role models.

Admission is $75 – $100.
