On the first night of the event only, April 19 the event will begin at 6pm for a kick-off ceremony at the Rivercenter Lagoon. It will include the premier mariachi band of all time, Campanas de America, under the direction of two-time Grammy Award winner, Juan Ortiz. Additional top Latin entertainers to perform include Grammy Award winning Little Joe Hernandez, and 13-year old sensation Isabelle Marie Sanchez.
