Celebrating 17 years as an Official Fiesta Event! MissionFest has been a Southside tradition for generations and represents a variety of activities that attract numerous families and visitors year after year. An estimated 10,000 people will be in attendance. Festival begins with an outdoor Mariachi Mass at 9 am. Join us at this unique family event and enjoy your favorites – great food, entertainment, children’s corner, carnival, county store, treasures and trinkets, and plenty of FUN!

This year’s entertainment will include performances by various Tejano, Conjunto, Jazz and County artists. San Jose MissionFest proceeds benefit Mission San Jose Church, a now living World Heritage Site.

Our Historic World Heritage Mission was founded in 1720. San Jose MissionFest provides much needed funding to preserve and maintain “The Queen of the Missions.” It helps support our ministry of keeping the church community a functioning cultural part of American history, allowing us to keep our doors open to the faithful and millions of visitors from around the world.

Admission is $5 beginning at 4 pm. 12 and under FREE.
Free Parking. No outside containers allowed on all church and national park premises. Bring your lawn chair.
